Mr. Edward Pavia is a Senior Project Manager who earned his Bachelors of Arts degree in Physics from the University of North Carolina, Wilmington and his Masters of Science degree in Appropriate Technology from Appalachian State University. Mr. Pavia served as Legislative Assistant and Science Advisor to Congressman Heath Shuler in 2012 where he worked to draft legislation focused on the issues of Technology, Energy and the Environment. Mr. Pavia manages multiple programs at ToxServices, including the Cradle to Cradle Certified Products Program and Health Product Declarations, Living Product Challenge assessments, and ToxServices ToxFMD Screened Chemistry Program.
