Ralph Bicknese is an architect, a member of the AIA, a LEED Fellow and co-founder of Hellmuth + Bicknese Architects—integrating design excellence with exemplary environmental performance to evoke positive impact and enrich life. Ralph is a member of the AIA Materials Knowledge Working Group and has participated in nine projects that have sought LBC certification, including the Living Learning Center, tied for first building in the world certified to the LBC; the Berea College Deep Green Residence Hall for 120 students; the African Painted Dog exhibit at the Cincinnati Zoo; and the College School’s Jan Phillips Learning Center.
